All about Women Expo - Spring Fling 2009. Hosted by Voice Magazine for Women. Proceeds from pre-event tickets sales donated to the local Speedway Children's Charities. Pre-event ticket $3.00 each and at the door $4.00. Located at Viking Hall Civic Center Bristol, TN. Different than last year, we moved the date of the show into April and we are making this event to include crafts and home decor and all exhibitors of items of interest to women. (Not a flea market) This all inclusive event will be offering wellness of living for women and their homes and families. This annual event will provide free prizes, drawings, entertainment, seminars, and demostrations! Lot of fun activities with fashion shows, lectures, and food! A DOGGIE FASHION SHOW is planned and sponsored by Pet Partners. Mark you calendars for Friday, April 18th and Saturday, 19th 2009. (Check on Friday evening for vendors) Saturday from 10:00am to 6:00pm and Sunday from 12:00pm to 5:00 pm. Hourly prizes and will be best spring event of the region!

| Advertising Budget includes print, website, flyers, billboard, radio, and TV. Road signage placed. The Peak Radio- 104.9 fm is the radio media sponsor. ARAC TV along with both local TV stations and billboards in Bristol, Kingsport, Johnson City,TN, and Abingdon, VA. Local businesses and exhibitors selling tickets. Attendees Best Booth Award. |

Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Vendors can share a booth. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. Additional Lighting Recommended (bring lights and cords). Pets OK! No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A multiple-person panel jury thoroughly reviews slides or photos and display.
Retail Items Allowed.
Floor length table cloths required.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to leave.
In person Jury process – you must show up at a designated time with products and booth photos.
