Description
Crafters and Vendors wanted. Food and beverages will be sold by Roxbury Kiwanis Youth Clubs. Sponsored by the Roxbury Kiwanis Club to raise funds for leadership programs for Roxbury students and other Kiwanis groups' projects. Just in time for Graduation, Mothers Day and Fathers Day gifts. Indoor and outdoor spaces available. Vendors currently include: jewelry, Avon, Arbonne, Angel creations by Blue Moon, ceramic angels and other gift items, woodcarving and copper crafts, candles, wickless candles, aromatherapy, pillows and other stichery crafts, handbags, tote bags, toys, games for all age groups, new children's books, gadgets for home and garden, baked goods, decorated flip-flops, At Home America, gourmet foods, and more.

CONDITIONS:
If you represent a commercial interest (such as Tupperware, Pampered Chef, Home & Garden Party) please specify the exact name of the commercial entity you represent. We will limit those representing a commercial interest to ONE vendor on a first come basis. If you FAIL to disclose your representation of a commercial interest, and a conflict arises on the date of the sale, the properly registered representative will be allowed and the offending party will NOT have their fee refunded. If more than one application is received representing a commercial interest, the first application RECEIVED will be processed and any subsequent application will be returned along with the uncashed check.

Family Picnic
Craft and Vendor Market featuring the efforts of the Roxbury Kiwanis Club, Roxbury High School Key Club, Eisenhower Kiwanis Builders Club, Lincoln-Roosevelt Kiwanis K-Kids, Jefferson Elementary Kiwanis K-Kids, and many crafters and vendors. Fundraising Event supports Scholarships, Youth Leadership Training Programs and many other community needy, homeless, shut-ins, seniors, and Childrens Specialized Hospital. |

Setup time begins at 7:30 and should be complete by 9:00. Booths will operate from 9 AM until 6 PM and must be manned at all times.
Crafters must provide their own tables and chairs. All tables should be covered and we encourage you to provide an attractive display. Tents and/or canopies are permitted, and encouraged.
The Kiwanis Craft Committee reserves the right to accept or reject applications based on the activity being planned, the suitability for the event, the number of entries, and space available. Works of questionable taste will be removed at the discretion of the Committee. Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
Retail Items Allowed. Limited number of Artists per category. Table cloths required. All product types to be sold must be listed on application. Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to leave. Determined Quality Level: 2
