Indoor, climate controlled AND handicapped equipped county school building. Holiday Gift Market, local area Arts & Craft and vendor fair. This is NOT a hand made only show. Only one commercial franchise vendor per show with competition is invited. Adult/children toys and holiday gifts, holiday home decor, educational books/toys, glassware, wooden crafts, hats, crochet and knitted items, kitchen/livingroom/bed/bath items. Photos, paintings, scrapbookking, unique hand crafted and commercial jewelry, dried foods, candy sauces, ethnic items, religous gifts, clothing/shoes, cosmetics, fragrances, high fashion and unique speciality items. Wonderful bargains and gift ideas for the holidays. |
Entertainment
| Fun Filled Holiday Shopping event. Come out to support FMS PTA's Fundraiser. Take a Photo's with Santa. Visit local vendor booths and watch product demonstration. Face painting, concession stand, popcorn. Activities for the children. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Set-up will be from 7:00 to 9:00 am and break-down from 2:30 to 3:30 pm. Booths should be staffed at all times. Please remove all trash from the site. All sales tax is the vendors responsibility.
Cancellations and Refunds: Refunds will only be given if we receive notice of cancellation in a timely enough manner so that we can rent your space to another crafter. Absolutely no refunds will be issued after November 1st, 2009. Crafters who fail to notify us of cancellations and/or fail to set up will not be eligible for future shows.
Displays, tables, and chairs: Exhibitors must bring their own display materials. No items may be attached to the walls of the exhibit hall. Booths must be kept clean at all times, and must be left clean at the end of the show. All items not displayed must be kept under your tables and out of sight. If your craft causes damage to your space, either to the wall or floor areas, we will hold you financially responsible for the damage that occurs. PLEASE LEAVE YOUR BOOTH AREA CLEAN!
Vehicles may not be parked on the lawn or sidewalks.
Food and drinks: Please handle food and drinks discreetly or ask someone to watch your booth when you need to take a break. Your booth is to be staffed at all times.
Smoking is not allowed on school property!
Applications will be viewed and accepted on a first come basis. You are encouraged to submit your application as soon as possible. All crafters must submit a completed application, signed agreement, and full entry fee (with check made payable to FMS PTA) by Friday, October 23rd, 2009 to be considered for acceptance into the craft fair. Application may be submitted by e-mail, but will not be considered complete until a signed agreement and full entry fee are received.
Enclose a letter size, self-address, stamp envelope for your acceptance notification (or notification will be done via e-mail)
Common Rules Selected: Vendors can share a booth. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicles can be left behind/in/near spot. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
Retail Items Allowed. Limited number of Artists per category. Floor length table cloths required. No inventory boxes in view. All product types to be sold must be listed on application. Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed. Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them. Determined Quality Level: 2
