Description
Richlandtown Parks and Recreation presents the Benner Hall Craft Shoppe. This event will be free to the public and will include all handmade items by juried artists and crafters. In addition to our regular high quality items, the show will feature an "Affordable Art" category for crafters who offer some items that are $20 and under.Food will be served from the kitchen and tricky tray tickets will be available for purchase. All proceeds will benefit the Richlandtown Parks and Recreation Committee and their continued efforts to refurbish Benner Hall and the surrounding grounds. Previous exhibitors need not send pictures unless the work has changed significantly during the year.

The quantity of each category of artist is limited.
Applications will be juried in the order that they are received. Therefore, if you have a high demand specialty, please apply early. Acceptance by the jury does not guarantee your space. If you are accepted by the jury, an acceptance letter will be mailed or e-mailed to you. Booth spaces are assigned in the order in which booth fees are received.  

Space Cost is
$20 + donation towards the tricky tray fundraiser for the Playground Fund.
This includes a 10x10 space. 8’ tables are an additional $5 a piece. Electric is an extra $5 and must be requested. Electric is first come first serve.

*Do not send booth fees until you receive and acceptance letter.

Please submit all of the following items to the address below:

1. Completed application
2. Description of your art/craft and any additional information that you feel may be helpful.
3. 2-5 pictures of items offered and/or sample booth. A website showing the work is acceptable as well  Note: Exhibitors from prior years need not send photographs unless they have changed the type of art that they intend to sell at the show.                                                                                                 4. Self-addressed stamped envelope with sufficient postage to return your photos if desired.

Please note: This year, we are adding an "Affordable Art” feature to our show. For the sake of event promotion, we would like to be able to show our guests that there are price ranges for all and that you can find lovely items even on a tight holiday budget. If you would like to be included on the list of crafters who offer at least a few items for $20 or under, please indicate that on the application form. You need only have a few items in this price range to be included on the list. We believe the majority of artists will qualify for this and we hope it is a useful promotional tool.

Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.

All items must be entirely hand-made, no Embellishments only.
