Knapp Elementary School proudly presents it's fifth-annual Holiday Shopping Event!
This year's event will again feature crafters & vendors from all around our area. You can shop for your general needs or your holiday gift-giving! Jewelry, hand-crafted holiday items, heirloom gifts, children's items, clothing & accessories, everyday household items & MORE! |
Activities
| As always, we will be having a raffle of various goodies from our attending vendors as well as other donated items. Want to donate an item to help promote your local business or just to help out the school? Contact one of the event chairs. Donations will be acknowledged in our event handouts & other promotional materials, wherever possible. |

Knapp Elementary 4th Annual Holiday Shop

Friday, November 5th from 6 pm - 9pm

· $25.00/first space (appx 6 x 5) and $20.00/each additional space fees are non-refundable (spot price subject to change)
· Donated item for our raffle - suggested value of $25
· We will supply tables, if needed (they are 6 long) & chairs, you supply the tablecloth(s)
· If you need electricity, there will be a $5 charge (you supply ext. cord) outlet access is very limited; 1st come, 1st served. Please indicate if you can share an outlet or not. If not noted, it will be assumed you can share.
· Set-up begins at 4:30pm, clean-up at 9 pm Absolutely no early setup, due to dismissal/busses.
· Park and unload in the back of the school (gym door entrance) helpers will be available
· Registration deadline is: _____ for returning vendors, ________for new vendors
· Check/MO made payable to: Knapp Home & School
· Vendors display tables/racks/etc need to be kept within their contracted spaces, please do not block the aisles or your neighbors.
· Vendor is responsible for coordinating distribution of orders, if necessary.
· Vendors agree that Knapp Elem. School is not liable for any damages/injuries

Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Table Cloth or Drape Required. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicles can not be brought near stand for un/loading. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
