Description
This is an annual craft show that benefits our youth. We still have spaces available. There are many different crafts ranging from wood craft to candy and candles to knick knacks. There will be hot sandwiches to Chili and other soups. Will be playing festive holiday music. So stop in a take a look, we have many great Christmas gift available. Doors open at 9am Friday and Saturday.
Arts and crafts and gift show.
The proceeds benefit the youth mission trip. |
Advertising Done for This Event
We will be in the local community couries and the local newspaper. There will also be fliers placed around the neighbor and surrounding areas.
An ad in the local free weekly community newspaper the week before. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
there will be no lit candles or flame of any sort in the building, There will be no moving of spaces unless directed by event staff
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
