QUALIFICATIONS FOR EXHIBITION:
1. Any member of Cherry Hills Community Church will be welcome to participate in the Boutique on a first come basis. Space permitting, boutique committee members may determine if exceptions may be made for regular church attendees and/or professional crafters.
2. General crafters are also welcome to participate.
3. Hand crafted items are preferred. Limited space available for commercial applicants with available merchandise to sell at show.
4. ALL crafters must submit a photo of work and a photo of display if one is used, with application. Photos will not be returned.
CRAFTER ENTRY INFORMATION:
Attached to this letter is an application form that needs to be mailed to address on application. Applications will be accepted until show is full with a wait list.
No application will be accepted without an entry fee and W-9.
Entry fees (non-refundable) are as follows:
$60 entry fee, single table and work (1) 5-hour shift to be worked during the Boutique or
$90 entry fee, double table and work (2) 5-hour shift to be worked during the Boutique or
$50 entry fee, agree to work on committee.
Most committee work will be before Boutique, with 3-6 positions per committee.
If committee positions are full you will need to work a 5-hour shift during boutique.
Space: You will be provided with one banquet table. This table may be rectangle or round, depending on availability. Table covering is not provided; you will need to bring your own tablecloth.
Sales: This is a church fund-raiser, and 20% of total sales will automatically be given to Women's Ministries. Sales are processed through central cash registers, with vendor checks issued within approximately 60 days following the boutique.
Your participation in our boutique requires each crafter’s individual help in distributing flyers to family, friends, or your customers. Flyers will come in your crafter acceptance packet. Your help is appreciated as Highlands Ranch limits us in posting posters.

Common Rules Selected: Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. Additional Lighting Recommended (bring lights and cords). No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Vehicles can be left behind/in/near spot. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
