Some correlations we ALREADY have statistical data for include:
    - More attractive people get sick fewer times per year.
    - Stay at home moms seems to have children with higher IQ's and that earn much higher salaries.
    - Breast feeding delays puberty, or not doing so accelerates its onset.
    - People who do more hours per day of close-up work are more likely to be myopic.
    - People with well defined brow ridges are more likely to have distinct canine teeth; and having either (1,2) makes it less likely to need your wisdom teeth extracted.
    - People not breast fed for at least a year tend to have more moles, more skin tags, and get sick more times per year. It does not seem to affect number of warts.
    - People breast fed for at least a year are less attractive to mosquitos.
    - Brest fed children are more likely to claim to be well socially adjusted.
    - Children have sex sooner in cities and later in the country.
    - etc. etc.

Description
3rd Annual Revival Now Craft Fair.  Dunn Park Woonsocket.  June 26, 2010 from 9-4, Rain Date June 27. sponsored by Calvary Worship Center.   10 x 10 spaces $40.  Past 2 years we have seen 800-1100 people in attendance throughout the day.  It is part of a Family Fun Day event, with family games, food, and entertainment.    Vendor placement is on a first come, first serve basis, vendors will be placed along the sidewalk.  There will be at lunch time free hotdogs and water. Vendors need to provide their own tables and chairs, Tents are highly recommended.  Donation of $25 or more is required for raffle.

This event is heavily advertised with posters throughout the city, will be advertised among local area churches, Valley Breeze, Woonsocket Call, Providence Journa, flyers, door to door invitations.  Radio advertisements.

Applications will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.  You will receive notification if your application is accepted immediately.  No checks will be cashed until you are accepted.  We will only allow one vendor from each home party plan example Tupperware, Avon, 40 plus Vendors.   We will make every effort to have a wide variety of vendors and crafters, with minimal duplication, so please describe your craft as best as possible, photographs are helpful (but not required) on the application so we can be as fair as possible to all vendors.   Please read and complete every blank of this application, uncompleted applications will be returned.  If you have a catalog/business card please submit with application.

As part of the craft fair, vendors are required to donate an item that will be raffled off during the event.   We are asking for donations of $25 value or more.

Set up time will begin at 7:00am and public will begin to arrive at 9:00am.  The last two years we have seen 800 – 1,100 people within the park throughout the day!  Hotdogs & Water will be available to attendees.   The event will be heavily advertised. Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Pets OK! No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. Vehicles can not be brought near stand for un/loading. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
