The St. Davidís Craft Fair is an annual event, well known in the community. We provide a marketplace for crafters of handmade goods and also have St. Davidís sponsored events including attic treasures (inside yard sale), lunch, baked goods, used book sale, cookbooks, the infamous ďSt. Davidís homemade soupĒ, and childrenís activities. Proceeds from the fair fund St. Davidís ministry and community outreach projects
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Our fee for space in this yearís fair is $50.00. The space available for each crafter is for a table approximately 8í by 4í in size. Please note that crafters are asked to bring their own tables and display racks. We also need to know if you will need electrical outlets. If you need wall space, a corner space, space for tall displays, etc. we will do our best to accommodate you. We try hard to assign spaces fairly and so that each personís work shows nicely and there is a need for flexibility. We have a history of high sales in all areas of the building when customers find what they like and items are priced wellCommon Rules Selected: Standard Rules:
All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
