Activities
Along with having many vendor booths open for shopping there will also be raffles through out the event and there will also be a kiddie korner open with LOTS of fun and entertainment for the children.
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
The show will run from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm and the hall will be open for set up the day of the show at 10:00 am. Vendors will be required to provide their own tables. One chair per booth will be provided. Booths will be already marked with numbers, on the day of the event we will provide each vendor with a packet that will include your booth number. Booth fee is $50.00 per space, you may purchase TWO if additional space is needed. Booth size will be the standard 10x10. ALL BOOTHS ARE REQUIRED TO REMAIN OPEN UNTIL THE CLOSE OF THE EVENT.
We ask that on the day of the event that all vendors please park in the available parking spaces on the side of the building by 11:30 am so that our shoppers may park directly in front of the building.
There will be NO refunds on booth fees and there will be a $30.00 return check fee.

Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
