Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Craft & Vendor Show
February 11th
9 am-4 pm
Location/Setting: Bartlett Hills Golf Club located at 800 W Oneida in Bartlett, IL- 630.213.3103. An indoor event with a beautiful view of a winter wonderland wooded setting and fireplace.
Application Deadline is: January 13, 2012. Spaces are limited. An early application is encouraged. Late applications may be accepted if space permits. Late applications require an additional $10.00 fee. Applications are on a first come first served basis limited to 1-2 of each type of craft or vendor representative with the exception of jewelry. Get your application in as soon as possible. Table reserved when application and fee is reviewed and you will receive an email confirming your space.
Table/Space Rental Fee: $50 for each 2’X 6’ table or $65 for each 2’ X 8’ table, clothed to floor, 2 padded chairs and continental breakfast. For Bartlett Chamber business members we offer a $5 discount. This discount is not available for individual Bartlett residents. Only 1 artist or vendor per table, unless the work is of a collaborative effort by more than one person. Your space does not include space for additional tables, racks or other miscellaneous items. The space is not a booth size.
Space Assignment/Set-up/Parking: All exhibitors will check in at the registration tables for table assignments. Space assignments are at the discretion of your host. If there is a special request we will try to meet that as best we can. Exhibitors need to provide their own skirting (tables will be clothed to floor) and any signage desired. No additional racks, or client additional tables allowed. No Booth spaces available. Set-up time will begin at 7am February 11th, and all should be set up by 9:00am. Exhibitors’ are asked to park as far from the clubhouse as possible leaving ample parking for our walk-ins. Staff will be on hand to help unload and cart merchandise to all exhibitors tables.
Miscellaneous: The sale of non-alcoholic beverages, water, or alcoholic beverages by any vendor is prohibited.
-The sale of any food items (to be consumed on premises), is prohibited with the exception of food vendors).
-All food vendors must comply with codes required by the Cook County Health Department.
-Bartlett Hills Cook County tax is 8.5%. It is each exhibitor’s responsibility to collect tax from their patrons.
-Donation of craft or specialty vendor item is required for raffles and recognition of vendors.

Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. A percentage of vendors are cycled out each year to maintain freshness. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Trash must be removed from event premises. No receptacles provided. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
