This Pre-Valentine's Day Marketplace show will be very visible from Broadway Blvd and roughly 200yrds from the intersection. There are NO OBSTRUCTIONS blocking us!
Would prefer to keep this all handcrafted, but may allow some "retail" in, as long as it doesnt compete with ANY artist or crafter. However, will still not allowing Mary Kay, Avon, Scentsy, Partylite, Gold Canyon, Cookie Lee, etc.
Also... jewlers will be taken on a 1st come basis.. so there isnt too many.
If paying "day of" it must first be approved by Anaya Promotions and MUST BE CASH.
This show will fill up fast! Overnight security provided Fri-Sat nights and possibly Thursday Night.
If you have been previously juried, you do not need to send photos, unless your work has changed drastically.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Rules & Regulations for participation:
„µ You must submit 3 photos of work (product) and 1 photo of your booth set-up. All items for sale MUST be handcrafted / handmade, by vendor! Applications WILL BE JURIED. If you falsify your application YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITH NO REFUND.
„µ Mass produced or imported items will NOT be allowed. Including; Avon, Mary Kay, Gold Canyon, Scentsy, Partylite, etc. Any ˇ§retailˇ¨ vendors will be limited based on originality and if it competes with similar handmade items.
„µ All Vendors will be expected to participate for the full show period. Unless otherwise approved. There will be NO early breakdown unless deemed by Anaya Promotions.
„µ Vendors must be completely set-up and ready for business by 9am each morning. If you are late to set-up you may not be allowed to set-up and ALL FEES will be sacrificed, no refund.
„µ Vendors MUST provide their own set-up equipment and canopies (prefer white) MUST be weighted down, DO NOT STAKE into ASPHALT! Vendors are also responsible for keeping their area CLEANˇK. We are not your maid!
„µ Smoking will only be allowed outside of the perimeter of show, please be considerate of other vendors, customers and general public. Vendors must also not dispose of their cigarette, cigar and pipe material in lot. Please KEEP areas CLEAN.
„µ There will be NO PARKING in front of existing stores/banks, please park in ONLY designated area. You will be asked to move your vehicle!
„µ Vendor is responsible for ALL TAXES.
„µ Payment MUST BE MADE at in advance unless previously Okayed by Anaya Promotions. There will be NO ˇ§Day Ofˇ¨ payments unless approved in advance. Please make all checks payable to Anaya Promotions. Fees are not refundable 5 days prior to show.
„µ All food/beverage Vendors MUST HAVE valid Health Code permits and may have approval of all items being sold/served. You can not compete with existing establishments without approval
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Jury materials, slides or photos, will not be returned to you. Vendors can share a booth. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. White Canopies Only. Canopies must be weighted down, no stakes allowed in ground. Pets OK! No Early Packup Allowed. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
