NRH Market Place is a community event to showcase our businesses in the community as well as home based businesses. We welcome all to come shop, eat and enjoy entertainment from around the community. We will have a wonderful photopher taking Valentine photos, face painting for the kids and an array of businesses to shop from. 7020 Mid Cities Blvd

Entertainment
| Come spend a fun day of shopping at our NRH Market Place. We will feature many of our local businesses from the area as well as an incredible variety of home based businesses. An excellent photographer is available to take Valentine photos with your sweetheart or with the family. A wide variety of food vendors/restraunts will also be available for your lunch time needs. |
Activities
| An array of vendors available for fun shopping. We have invited children from the community to entertain everyone with song and dance. Face painting will be available and an incredible Kettle Corn vendor from Terrell will come to fill your tummy. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
• This is a non-alcohol, family friendly, litter free event.
• No refunds will be given.
• Space is limited and reserved on a first-come/first-served basis.
• All booth spaces are indoors. Booth space varies in size.
• Setup time opens at 8:00 a.m. Saturday, January 12, 2011
• Vendors must be completely set up by 9:30 a.m. and all vehicles moved to the vendor parking area.
• Vendors spaces include two chairs, check appropriate area on the Vendor Application. Tables may be requested at an additional charge.
• Limited electricity provided for additional cost. See vendor application.
• No duplicated vendor companies will be accepted.
• Vendors are responsible for the clean up of their booth area.
• Communication with vendors will be via email address provided on application or by phone. Common Rules Selected: Jury materials, slides or photos, will not be returned to you. City law requires city issued vendor permit. (Permit Phone: 817-321-4700) Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
Retail Items Allowed. Limited number of Artists per category. Artist must be present day of show. No inventory boxes in view. All product types to be sold must be listed on application. Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed. Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them. Determined Quality Level: 2
