Dear Artist,
     ArtWalk-In is just around the corner (Thursday, February 18th, 2010, 4pm - 9pm). Below are some important deadlines for you to keep in mind, as well as a few details you should remember leading up to the event. Please remember to keep a copy of this document for your own files, and return the original signed copy to:

o     Applications with a contribution of $25 due by December 15, 2009. All applications after that date and up to Jan 15th 2010 will be $35.
o     Liability. ArtWalk, and Downtown Bloomsburg, Inc. will not be responsible for damage, theft, or loss of your work. Works will not be insured during any exhibition associated with ArtWalk.
o     Space is limited; we would like to place everyone that applies but may not be able to.
o     The ArtWalk committee can supply one 60-inch round table for exhibiting your work; other display infrastructure (including lighting) is the responsibility of the artist. Electric usage is limited to 200 Watts per artist.
