Description
Juried Folk Art & Craft Show held in the Ryder Center Arena. Large spaces make for a nicer display for booths and shopper friendly show floor. Event is well advertised with billboards, newspaper, radio, cable tv, network tv and flyers. The Saginaw Bay area shoppers are enthusiastic about this show and wait in a long line before the doors open. Easy to get to mid Michigan location just off I-675. Near Frankenmuth, Bay City antiques, and shopping malls. Handmade by crafter items. back drops suggested ut not necessary. All tables shall be covered neatly to the floor on all sides. Must provide an accurate list of merchandise to be in the show, plus 3 photos, 1 of your set-up and 2 of your current merchandise, (unless you have done a Keepsake Show in the past year.) All items must be juried in and subject to review day of sale. No unfinished wood unless permission has been received. Any unsuitable items will be removed immediately upon the request of the management.
After unloading, all vehicles must be moved to specified parking lot. Exhibit spaces are filled in the order applications are received with full payment This also means when a category is full, we close it. |

Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. A percentage of vendors are cycled out each year to maintain freshness. Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
