Description
This is a long running show that has been held for many years at Paramus High School. The school is located right off of Rt. 17 and draws many customers from a wide area. Paramus is located in affluent northern Bergen county with many high end towns surrounding Paramus. The show hold 100 crafters.
This school is where we hold our well-known Thanksgiving Weekend craft show also. Thousand of customers attend. This is a very large school system and the show is also supported by the school parents. Parmaus HIgh School is well-known and is located on a main road off a major high way, in affluent Bergen County. We are looking for quality crafters with hand made items by them. This area also has Sunday Blue Laws & no store are open. 4 photos required. NO Buy Sell.
The 100 exhibitors are set up in the gym, cafe, hallways and vestibules. Both the gym & cafe are well lite and are across from one another.
The popular long running show draws a large crowd to this well-known large school. It is located off a major high way, Rt. 17 and is located on a Main Rd. 109 exhibitors are set up in the front vestibule, hallways, gym and cafe. Paramus is in affluent NOrthern Bergen county and the retail stores are closed on Sunday. We are looking for quality crafters only.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from event premises. No receptacles provided. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |

All items must be entirely hand-made, no Embellishments only.
All items must be entirely hand-made by the artist alone.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Artist must be present day of show.
Floor length table cloths required.
No inventory boxes in view.
No plain, flat table displays. Tiers, levels, or shelves required on them.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
