Description
Named the 37th top traditional craft show in America by Sunshine Artist in 2003, Springtime in the Country has developed into the 'official' start of New York's crafting season, where artisans debut their 'new lines' for the year. It is the largest and most outstanding spring craft show in Western New York and Southern Ontario, a region encompassing more than 4 million people. In its 11th year, Springtime in the Country had more than 15,000 attendees last year. Last year, customers spent an average of $59 for every man, woman, and child at the show. Even larger numbers are expected this year. This year's show is once again in the Agri-Center, on the Fairgrounds. Hamburg, just south of Buffalo, has both an upscale demographic with annual household income of $50,000.

All booths must have backdrops.
Strict adherence to dress code.
Common Rules Selected: Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
