Description
Vendors suites will be located near the suites of those attending this event. Vendors will be able to set up their wares or pampering services in their own two room suite. Attendees will be given a program that will direct them to vendor suites. Attendees will also be participating in a scavenger hunt with clues in the vendor suites. Wine and food will be available in each vendor suite, along with COMPLIMENTARY cocktail and appetizer reception from 5-7 pm and chef prepared made to order breakfast.

All services and products will be considered for this event!


Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Vendor participation information:
•     Cost to participate as a vendor - $170
•     $20 room sharing charge applies to vendors sharing a suite
•     Payment must be secure to reserve vendor suite. All suites will be secured on a 1st come 1st served basis.
•     Only 1 rep. per company will be honored.
•     Vendors will be responsible for complete set up of their vendor suite.
•     Hotel will expect all vendors to be courteous and respectful of other guests. Vendors must comply with hotel requests.
•     All additional fees will apply for: late check out, room service, food provided by Embassy suites, phone charges, any room charge, gift shop purchases.
•     Payment will be secured by credit/debit or check only.
•     No refunds will be honored.
•     Room can not be re rented without consent of the event promoter.


Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Vendors can share a booth. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Additional Lighting Recommended (bring lights and cords). Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicles can not be brought near stand for un/loading. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
