The Okaloosa Arts Alliance is now accepting vendors and silent auction items for the 5th annual Family Fun Arts Fest, which will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2012 from 10:00am to 5:00pm at Henderson Beach State Park. The Okaloosa Arts Alliance in conjunction with the Friends of the Emerald Coast State Parks is holding the Family Fun Arts Fest. Events will include performances by local artists and family fun activities. A silent auction and booths with fine arts, crafts and food will also be set up throughout the day.
Henderson Beach State Park is located on Hwy 98 in Destin across from the Destin Wal-mart. The Festival and Park are free and open to the public all day, with parking available in the Park. All proceeds benefit the Okaloosa Arts Alliance.
The Okaloosa Arts Alliance (OAA) is the officially designated non-profit arts agency for Okaloosa County. The purpose of the OAA is to support and promote art and culture in Okaloosa County through a variety of means including sponsoring workshops for arts organizations and individual artists, providing grants to non-profit arts organizations, offering art programs and performances in public schools, acting as a clearinghouse for arts related information to art organizations and artists, and promoting corporate involvement in support of the arts. 1. Exhibitors must be unloaded and vehicles moved from the booths by 9:30 a.m.
2. Exhibitors must agree to remain set-up at the festival site until 5:00 pm.
3. Park is WINDY, please plan your set-up accordingly
4. Any silent auctions, drawings, raffles, or sale of food and/or beverages etc. not solely to benefit the Okaloosa Arts Alliance must be pre-approved.
4. Space fees are a donation to the Okaloosa Arts Alliance and are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
5. Dogs, glass, and alcoholic beverages are prohibited at Henderson Beach State Park.
6. Exhibitors must abide by guidelines. The Okaloosa Arts Alliance and volunteers are not responsible for you, your booth and/or any items brought to Henderson Beach Park. Your signature below indicates that you release the Okaloosa Arts Alliance from any responsibility, personal liability, loss, claims or damages arising out of or in connection with this festival event.

Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Spots are selected by vendors day of show - first come, first pick. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules:
All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
