This art & craft show will be held in a beautiful park in the heart of Westwood, N.j's shopping district. This is a free admission show. The park is easily reached from the GSP, exit 168. We are looking for quality crafters with hand made items that are made by them. No buy sell. The exhibitors set up on the grass, and almost all spaces they can pull up and unload & park nearby. Last year's show drew approx. 3,000 customers. Westwood is in affluent Northern Bergen County and is close to Paramus, Saddle River, Hillsdale and Woodcliff Lake. The show is held rain or shine. We will be limiting jewelry booths at the show.

We also hold a famous antique show at this site, which draws thousands of customers each year. The sponsors are looking for another yearly event in the ideal location. Westwood is in affluent Northern Bergen County. Close to Paramus, Saddle River, Hillsdale and Woodcliff Lake. The show is held rain or shine.
The show is held in picturesque Veterans Park, which is located off of Exit 168 of the Garden State Pkwy. Thousands attended this free admission show last year. 80 exhibitors are set up on the grass. The show is held rain or shine. Westwood is located in affluent NOrthern Bergen County, near Paramus, Ridgewood, Tenafly and Hillsdale.
We are looking for quality crafters with hand made items by the exhibitor. 4 photos are required of your work.
Eighty exhibitors with hand crafted items will be participating at this show which is set up in a picturesque park in Westwood, New Jersey. Jusst some of the items for sale will be hand painted furn & folk art, floral's, fine photography, apparel, children's items, ceramics, pottery, hand crafted jewelry, framed sports collectibles, garden items, woodworkers, stained glass, American Girl clothing, soft sculpture, firber and more.
Crafts in the Park will take place in May 5th 2011 at Veterans Park from 10am to 5pm.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
cloth tablecloths to the ground, no early packing, no stakes allowed in the ground, must use weights. There is a new sprinkler system in the ground.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Send 1 SASE - Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with standard postage. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. White Canopies Only. Canopies must be weighted down, no stakes allowed in ground. No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Send 1 SASE - Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with standard postage. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
