Description
A Handcrafted only Arts and Craft Show in it's 30th year sponsored by the Slidell Newcomers' Club. We are in the Northshore Harbor Center offering 10' x 10', 10' x 15' and 10' x 20' indoor only booths. Large loading dock in rear to accomodate vendors. Loads of parking for the customers. In 2011 we had 76 crafters. Number of crafters depends on size of booths requested. Elect, phone & modem connection available with small surcharge. We hold a raffle drawing at the end of the show.

| Toatal of $3200 spent on New Orleans and St. Tammany Newspapers, Coupon Booklets, "freebie" Magazines, Flyers, and radio spots. Usually we have newspaper articles. Our website can be found thru search engins. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
No raffles allowed other than by Slidell Newcomers Handcrafted items only my be sold or displayed All table tops must be covered with material, not paper All tables must be skirted to the floor. Food items must be sold in \"to go\" form only and crafter must have paid surcharge in advance & given copy of State food license.
Common Rules Selected: Vendors can share a booth. City law requires city issued vendor permit. (Cost: $10) Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicles can not be brought near stand for un/loading. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |

Driving Directions From New Orleans:
1. Take I-10 E toward Slidell. You will travel through Orleans Parish, across the Twin Span bridge and into St. Tammany Parish. From the bridge, travel about 2 miles.
2. Take Slidell exit number 261.
3. Turn Right onto Oak Harbor Blvd. Travel .3 miles.
4. Turn Left onto Harbor Center Drive.
5. Northshore Harbor Center is located at 100 Harbor Center Blvd.
