| ON THE MAIN HIGHWAY BETWEEN SEDONA AND THE FREEWAY. This Hwy was recently completed. There will be over 40 artists and although sales are a little less than spring, we get year round quality buyers.This show has some world class artists attending and plenty of publicity. There should be plenty of tourists on the road.Snowbirds are in Phoenix area and come for weekend. |
Advertising Done for This Event
| Article and ad in Kudos, local entertainment paper mailed to all households in Sedona area. Also is an insert in the Fri Verde Independant news for the whole Verde Valley and left in stacks at all local hotel lobbies.We also have an article listing on GatewayToSedona.com which is a calendar linked to the Chamber.There is an ad in Kudos and an article listing on Verde Valley Guide.com Also a paid listing in Az Tourist News. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Vendors can share a booth. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Canopies must be weighted down, no stakes allowed in ground. Pets OK! No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
