VENDORS FOR ST. JUDE CHILDREN HOSPITAL

Set Up Time: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Free Coffee & Donuts for Vendors at Set Up!
Cost per space: $40.00 (Non-refundable) for one space – Vendors must donate one item for our Chinese/Silent Auction. Must provide your own table – (Additional Spaces available for $20.00 per space) Electric provided for an extra charge of $5.00
• Requirements: Provide your donated item at check in, all tables must have a table cloth that goes to the floor to cover any product you may have under table, vendors are responsible for clean up. All product that is not on the table must remain hidden from view.
Advertising: Multiple Social Networking, Newspapers, Radio. Vendors are encouraged to notify their customer base about the event via their websites, mail, or other available media.
Raffles: Vendors may hold raffles at their tables for networking purposes -Win $50.00 Gift Card Enter our "Fundraising Goal" Contest to win. Contact Terri Hamrick for rules & information needed to register!
Door Prizes: Tickets are available for Door Prizes with ALL Proceeds Benefiting St. Jude's!
Entertainment: Live Acoustical Music by "No Labels" to enjoy throughout the day & FREE Crafts for the Children provided by Renewal by Anderson.
Concession: There will be a concession stand for food and drink.

St. Jude’s 501(c) will be provided upon receipt of registration and payment by email each Friday beginning December 16, 2012.
• Only one vendor from each company and will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.
• Confirmation e-mails will be sent each Friday beginning December 16, 2012 after receipt of registration and payment.
• Payment is to be made by either check or money order.
• Neither Shure Pets or Lili’s Delights will be liable for any loss or damages to property

• Event Helpers will be available to relieve vendors for breaks. However, it is helpful if you are able to bring someone with you to help out as helpers are limited.
• Confirmation e-mails will be sent upon receipt of registration and payment each Friday as of 12/16/11.
• Payment is to be made by either check or money order. Make checks payable to:

• Vendors must notify Terri Hamrick by February 7, 2012 what the donated item will be & vendors are encouraged to attach their business cards to the item.
Common Rules Selected: Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
