Description
| The show will feature apparel, photography, scarves, purses, totes, American girl doll clothing, soaps, candles, body products, florals, picture frames, home decor items, hand crafted jewelry, hats, soft sculpture, stained glass, tie dye, tutu's plus more. A great "Ladies Day Out" We have been in Wayne promoting shows at Wayne Hills & Wayne Valley for over 15 years and have a great following of loyal customers. Wayne is an large affluent town in Northern New Jersey. The school is close to many major highways and borders Franklin Lakes in Bergen County. One hundred exhibitors are set up in one huge gym. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
no early packing
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |

All items must be entirely hand-made, no Embellishments only.
All items must be entirely hand-made by the artist alone.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Artist must be present day of show.
Floor length table cloths required.

No plain, flat table displays. Tiers, levels, or shelves required on them.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
