Description
This sold out show draws customers from NYC, Long Island, Westchester, Ct & New Jersey. Nyack is located on the Hudson River near the Tappan Zee Bridge and has been held for over 40 years. P.J.'s Promotions has changed the look of the previous shows by creating a large section with hand crafted items, photograpy, arts & antiques, plus a retail area on Main St. This has brought record breaking crowds back to Nyack. Don't miss out on this great show.

The Nyack Famous Street Fair is a well known, long running show. The town of Nyack is quaint and know for its restaurants, galleries and resident shops. We are looking for quality crafters, artists, antiques and only quality retail items. 120 retails exhibitors are located on Main St. and 125 artist and crafters are located on Broadway. It draws a huge crowd of eager shoppers. We are pleased to be promoting this famous show and will be bringing our expertise in the promoting business to the show. As always we will be promoting the show with newspaper ads, a banner, publicity releases, show flyers, web sites, etc.
Customers come from Long Island, Westchest, Conn, NYC, Rockland & Orange counties and New Jersey.
Our May, July and Oct. shows had huge crowds and all three shows last year have been sold out.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
neat displays, no dollar items allowed in the retail section
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. No Gas Generators. Canopies must be weighted down, no stakes allowed in ground. No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |

All items must be entirely hand-made, no Embellishments only.
All items must be entirely hand-made by the artist alone.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Artist must be present day of show.

No plain, flat table displays. Tiers, levels, or shelves required on them.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
