Description
This show has been held for over 40 years and now incorporates arts, crafts, photography as well as retail. The show has been covered by the newspapers and featured as one of the fall events this year. Hand made crafts, art, photography & antiques are located on Broadway and retail on Main St. Nyack Ny is a historic town located on the Hudson River. Show held rain or shine.
The Nyack Famous Street Fair is a well known, long running show. The town of Nyack is quaint and know for its restaurants, galleries and resident shops. We are looking for quality crafters, artists, antiques and only quality retail items. It draws a huge crowd of eager shoppers. We are pleased to be promoting this famous show now and will be bringing our expertise in the promoting business to the show. The show is located in downtown Nyack, N.Y. with 100 quality retail exhibitors on Main St. and 100 Artists & Crafters with hand crafted items on Broadway. As always we will be promoting the show with newspaper ads, a banner, publicity releases, show flyers, web sites, etc.
Featuring over 200 exhibitors with art, craft & retail items.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from event premises. No receptacles provided. No Gas Generators. Canopies must be weighted down, no stakes allowed in ground. No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A single-person or more panel jury reviews slides or photos and display.

All items must be entirely hand-made, no Embellishments only.
All items must be entirely hand-made by the artist alone.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Artist must be present day of show.
Floor length table cloths required.
No inventory boxes in view.
No plain, flat table displays. Tiers, levels, or shelves required on them.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
