Northern Woods Promotions is proud to present it's Eighth Annual
Juried Fine Arts and Fine Crafts show at Castle Farms in beautiful
Charlevoix, Michigan on Labor Day Weekend. Located on M-66 just 2
miles east of US31. The grounds and buildings of Castle Farms will
be the host to one of Michigan's most unique craft shows where
hundreds of artists and craftsmen and thousands of visitors will
attend this event.
Enjoy an outdoor show indoors - open air pavilion has french doors that can be closed in inclimate weather, open during good weather...the best of both worlds...outside spots also available for those who prefer total outside spaces.
Crafters referral incentive-refer fellow crafters and if they are accepted and participate in the show you receive $20.00 off your booth fee upon the close of the show...you could potentially earn a free space. |

| Vendors wine and cheese social held at the close of the show on Saturday...join fellow crafters, ask us questions, let us know how the day was and what needs to be changed, fixed or just give us your thoughts and opinions...sometimes we can make changes overnight. |

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Must be set-up by Saturday Morning at 9:00am; must not
vacate space until Sunday Afternoon after 4:00pm. All items and vehicles to be removed from premises by 7:00pm on Sunday. No smoking inside castle or pavilionParcel pick-up available for those larger purchases; loading assistance available to customers for those purchases.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Jury materials will be returned to you. Vendors can share a booth. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. Additional Lighting Recommended (bring lights and cords). White Canopies Only. Canopies must be weighted down, no stakes allowed in ground. No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A multiple-person panel jury thoroughly reviews slides or photos and display.
All items must be mostly hand made, no minor Embellishments only.
All items must be Fine Craft or Art.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Table cloths required.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
