Description
| Earlier this year, Congress passed a bill that reformed parts of the Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA). In this comprehensive, two-hour session, we will review CPSIA requirements, analyze the CPSIA amendments in H.R. 2715, discuss proposed CPSC rules regarding component testing and testing of representative samples; review the lifting of the stay of enforcement, and the use of civil penalties by CPSC. |
