Come to the 2012 Midwestern Herb and Garden Show at Times Square Mall, 42nd and Broadway, Mt. Vernon, IL 62864 on February 10, 2012 10 to 9 p.m., February 11, 2012, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and February 12, 2012 from noon to 5 p.m. This year's main speaker is Debra Lee, herbal educator who has had classes at over 4,000 places even in Europe. Lots to see and do. Lots of vendors- gourd art, pottery, wood, antiques, china, herbs, books, plants, garden art, fudge, culinary items, etc. Free seminars all three days.
register for Gourd Workshop at 7 p.m. Wilsons Gourds, Karen and Paul Wilson Region 1 Illinois Gourd Society will teach public how to design their own gourd birdhouse inside the mall in the Seminar Room. Costs for class is $15.00 and all supplies are furnished. Class size limit is 18 (a group may make one birdhouse together).
