The Annual Fall Festival will be held on the first three blocks of West St. Louis Street, just as has been for over 40 years in the historic downtown section. All booths are 10 by 10. Booth space will costs $35.00 if paid by June 1, 2012, and after June 1, 2012 costs $40.00 Returning crafters keep same space if paid by June 1, 2012. You will receive confirmation map after Sept. 01, 2012. Crafts will need to bring own tables and chairs. Tents on street only with only sandbags or blocks to support them, no stakes allowed.
Show time is 9 to 5 p.m. and you must be set up by 8:30 a.m. and not tear down until 5 p.m.
Craft booths cannot sell food or drinks. There will be food booths available. All crafts must be handmade, no electric is available for craft booths, no refunds.

Common Rules Selected:
Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Canopies must be weighted down, no stakes allowed in ground. No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules:
All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
Retail Items Allowed.
All items must be entirely hand-made, no Embellishments only.
All items must be Fine Craft or Art.
Artist must be present day of show.
Floor length table cloths required.
No inventory boxes in view.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
