Description
This show last year drew thousands of buying customers. It is located in Glen Rock,NJ which is located in affluent Northern Bergen County next to Ridgewood & Wyckoff and near Paramus.
The exhibitors are set up in the center of town. The stores will be closed on Sunday because of Bergen Counties Blue laws. The show has room for 95 exhibitors and is held rain or shine. We are please to be returninng to promoting a show in this great picturesque town. This will be the 6th year for the show.
This quality show has 100 exhibitors and is located in affluent Glen Rock\'s Downtown, in Northern Bergen county. We advertise all over to bring customers to our shows, and the town of Glen Rock comes out to support this show big time. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
no generators, (only Food Vendors), tents must be weighted down, tablecloths to the ground
Common Rules Selected: Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Send 1 SASE - Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with standard postage. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from event premises. No receptacles provided. No Gas Generators. Canopies must be weighted down, no stakes allowed in ground. No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Send 1 SASE - Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with standard postage. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
