The Deerfield Harvest Festival continues its tradition of providing a stellar variety of national, regional and local musical entertainment to the thousands of visitors who attend each year.
In additional to its signature free musical performances, the Deerfield Harvest Festival also includes several hours of free family fun including 3 performances of a BMX Bike Thrill Show on Saturday and Sunday as well as jugglers, magicians and stilt walkers.
Festival idol contest has preliminary competition on Friday, finals on Sunday.
“Mascot Mania” features visits by are professional mascots and cartoon characters on Sat., Oct. 8, 2-5 PM. Kids and everyone will enjoy the antics of professional mascots and several cartoon characters.
The festival parade is Oct. 8 at noon, featuring local businesses, groups, bands, floats, marching groups, antique cars, farm equipment and fire and rescue units.
Arts and crafts, business and community displays, home improvement expo, car dealer display all three days. The festival’s weekend of family fun includes amusement rides and games on the family-friendly Skelly Amusements midway. A super pass is available for $40 per person that allows unlimited rides all-three days of the festival. Daily unlimited rides discounts are offered for $20 per person on Fri., Oct. 7, 6-10 PM and Sat. and Sun. Oct. 8 & 9, Noon-5 PM. Normal per ride tickets may be purchased at any time during the festival.
The festival also includes a petting zoo, pony rides, a sports memorabilia show, an extensive food court and it ends at 9:30 PM on Oct. 10 with a giant fireworks display in honor of American pride.
The festival is held outdoors, rain or shine, on the grounds of
Rosenhayn Fire Company and adjacent Frank LoBiondo, Sr. Park in the town of Rosenhayn in Cumberland County, NJ on Oct. 7, 6-10 PM and Oct. 8 and 9, noon – 10 PM. There is a $1 donation with children 5 & under free.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Pre-registration and payment is due no later than Oct. 4 Registration and payment after Oct. 4 please add $25.00 to your total payment. After Oct 4, payment by cash or money order only. Spaces will be assigned in advance on a first-come, first-served, first paid basis. Those who register can request a space location. Please make a first and second choice for space when completing the application form. The 14 Front Corner Spaces under Township tents require an additional $20 registration fee.
There is not any electrical service available for vendor displays. Electric for lighting only in vendor tents will be made available. Note, any community or business groups planning to hand out literature at the event must submit it to the Recreation Committee in advance for approval.
Common Rules Selected:
Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules:
All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
