The Annual Fall Festival with entertainment, wine tasting and food at St. Stephen's In-The-Field Church will take place on the lawn area near our big beautiful oak tree. We are planning many activities to encourage the neighborhood to attend, including food and wine tasting, BBQ, and possibly a Bounce House.
We feel that this is a great opportunity for vendors to gain clientele in the Santa Teresa area.
There were many comments last year by attendees about the fact that there are no events in this area, so our goal is to become THE fall event here in the Santa Teresa area of San Jose.

We almost doubled the number of vendors attending this past October over the previous year, so we feel that this is a great opportunity for vendors to gain clientele in the Santa Teresa area.

Advertising Done for This Event
St. Stephen's will advertise in the local papers, including the
San Jose Mercury News, Almaden Times, Blossom Hill Times, Santa Teresa Times and Evergreen Times, Bay Area Parent. We will also advertise in the Morgan Hill newspaper. We will put plenty of signs out all over the neighborhood. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Vendors are required to remain until the end of the day. Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Vendors can share a booth. Spots are selected by vendors day of show - first come, first pick. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
Retail Items Allowed. Limited number of Artists per category. Table cloths required. No inventory boxes in view. All product types to be sold must be listed on application. Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to leave. Determined Quality Level: 2
