Description
The Rocky Point Annual Fall Fest will be held Outdoors at the Joseph A Edgar School in Rocky Point, NY.  Approx. 75 exhibitors expected offering professional quality crafts and select gift items.  Expect a well attended event at the heart of the fall season.  All spaces are 10 x 10.  Free admission. Great refreshments.  The school is located on Route 25A in Rocky Point. Sponsored by the Rocky Point Athletic Booster Club.


Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Exhibitor Guidelines
· No food, beverage, firearms, knives, drug paraphernalia or obscene items.
· Handmade crafts and select gift items only. All gift Items must be approved by management.
· Exhibitors provide your own tables, displays etc. Chairs provided indoors.
· All Exhibitors must have a copy of their NYS resale tax number on display.
· DePasquale Enterprises reserves the right to accept or refuse exhibitor participation.
· Only items listed on application are to be sold at fair.
· All items to be sold must be priced and honestly represented.
· In the event of a show cancellation due to weather there will be no refunds.
· No trash left in booth.
· Booth fee must be paid in full prior to the fair. No checks accepted within 14 days of the fair.
· Absolutely no packing up prior to close of show (5pm).
· Exhibitors are reminded to be courteous to customers as well as other Exhibitors.
· DePasquale Enterprises will attempt to honor all location requests when possible however if circumstances occur which make this impossible we will adjust fees.
· Exhibitors must move vehicles after unloading, prior to setting up booth and park in vendor parking area.
· Exhibitors must have a return/exchange policy, which allows for defective merchandise to be exchanged or payment refunded.
· DePasquale Enterprise will direct any dissatisfied customers back to exhibitors via telephone or email.
· Violations to the above guidelines will result in termination from future participation.
· Set – up 8am Show hours 10-5 unless otherwise indicated.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
