Description
All work MUST be original. Direct sales merchandise is not permitted. Entry fee of $45 includes a 6" deep by 12" wide space (some are 5x15). Entry fee of $69 includes a 6"deep by 20" wide space (limited availability). Fee and completed entry form, along with THREE pictures (for vendors new to our show) will be accepted beginning February 14, 2009. Returning vendors may apply now. All craftspeople must provide their own displays, chairs, tables, and power cords if requesting electric. All craftspeople are responsible for assembling and managing their exhibits. The Township of Derry Department of Parks & Recreation and Derry Township School District assume no responsibility for loss or damage to any works.

| Display ads in the Lebanon Daily News, Community Courier, The Hummelstown Sun, The Hershey Chronicle, Lancaster Newspaper, Palm Advertiser, The Patriot News. Also in the quarterly published Township Newsletter that is mailed to every resident in Derry Township. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
All work must be original. Direct sales merchandise is not permitted. New vendors must provide 3 pictures of items being sold.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Vendors can share a booth. City law requires city issued vendor permit. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
