I, the developer of EventLister.com, am working on a developing other sites that will be of a public service nature and need your help. HiddenCorrelations.com is a research website where the same 'private studies' that are done on small groups of people can be duplicated in an open/public environment with many more participants.

Some correlations we ALREADY have statistical data for include:
    - More attractive people get sick fewer times per year.
    - Stay at home moms seems to have children with higher IQ's and that earn much higher salaries.
    - Breast feeding delays puberty, or not doing so accelerates its onset.
    - People who do more hours per day of close-up work are more likely to be myopic.
    - People with well defined brow ridges are more likely to have distinct canine teeth; and having either (1,2) makes it less likely to need your wisdom teeth extracted.
    - People not breast fed for at least a year tend to have more moles, more skin tags, and get sick more times per year. It does not seem to affect number of warts.
    - People breast fed for at least a year are less attractive to mosquitos.
    - Brest fed children are more likely to claim to be well socially adjusted.
    - Children have sex sooner in cities and later in the country.
    - etc. etc.

37th Annual – Visions of Sugarplums Holiday Show

The 37th Annual "Visions of Sugarplums Holiday" Craft and Gift Boutique will be held November 3rd, 4th and 5th, 2011, at the Quail Hollow Swim Club. One of Raleigh’s oldest holiday shows, this best kept secret is where you will want to do all your holiday shopping for everyone on your Christmas List.  

“Visions” has built an excellent reputation for its unique boutique setting, featuring some extremely talented North Carolina craftspeople. The selections of gifts include holiday decor, quilts, jewelry, glassware, tassels, children's gifts, and gourmet foods for snacking and gift giving and so much more. You can do all your Christmas shopping right here and give everyone on your list a truly unique, one-of-a-kind gift.

Enjoy shopping in a cozy holiday atmosphere while sipping hot cider and humming along with Christmas carols. Our cheerful staff makes your holiday shopping a delightful experience.  Faithful followers have made Visions of Sugarplums a part their holiday shopping tradition.  You’ll be glad you did too!

Admission is free and we are open to the public.  You can shop on Thursday, Nov. 3rd and Friday Nov. 4th from 9am – 8pm, and on Saturday Nov. 5th from 9am – 3pm.  Be sure to register for the door prizes, all contributed by our crafters.  Quail Hollow Swim Club is easy to find, just off Millbrook Road at Quail Hollow Drive (actual street address is 800 Orleans Place).  Follow the signs and balloons!


Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Participation is by invitation only.  Only 20 spots available.  All spots are filled for 2011 show.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. A percentage of vendors are cycled out each year to maintain freshness. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.

Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
All items must be hand made or embelished.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
