Description
Spaces are $40each, which includes a 6 foot table - bring your own for a $5 discount. Donate an item of your product for the raffle, you keep 100% of sales. Set up time is 5:00pm. Third year running this successful event. Looking for crafters, American Girl Doll Clothes vendors, unique gifts and crafters. Shoppers will join us to conquer some their holiday shopping.
Great chance to get out and browse, find some fabulous gifts, enjoy some fun company and support the students of Fox Hill.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
• Vendor Cost: $40.00 per 6-ft table ($35.00 if you
bring your own table) – Plus a donation to our raffle
table of your product – vendors keep 100% of sales.
• Set-up anytime after 5:00 pm
• Admission is free to shoppers
• Open to the public
Common Rules Selected: Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
