Description
Bethel Baptist Christian Academy hosts its annual Holiday Craft Fair on Saturday, November 5th.  The event is held from 10 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. in the gymnasium of Bethel Baptist Christian Academy located on 200 Hunt Road in Jamestown, NY.  There will also be concessions and a bake sale.  Proceeds will benefit student activities and scholarship programs.  Vendor spaces at available for $30 ($40 after October 7th).  Information on vendor registration is available either by stopping at the school office on Hunt Road or calling the school office at 716-484-7420.  Email inquiries may be sent to bbcaoffice@windstream.net. The final registration deadline is October 21st.


Advertising Done for This Event
Ads are in local churches, banks, supermarkets, etc. - - anywhere that will accept full-color posters.  Also, poster are provided to all vendors for display at chosen venues.  All posters are made in house with desktop publishing software and laser printer.

BBCA Craft Fair Terms
•  Bethel Baptist Church, Bethel Baptist Christian Academy and show organizers are released of any responsibility for damage to exhibitors’ property from breakage or any other cause while said premises are being occupied under this agreement.
•  Exhibitors are responsible for any damage to said premises beginning at show set-up,  during the show, until conclusion of dismantling and removal of exhibit from premises.  In addition, during the same time limits, exhibitors are solely liable for any action, loss or injury by, or to, any assistant.

By registering for this event, vendors are indicating they have read and agree to abide by the terms stated.

Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Vendors can share a booth. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Vehicles can be left behind/in/near spot. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
