Description
Sat. from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Many vendors with wonderful gifts for giving. Holiday crafts,Cookie Walk, Dog and Cat treats/gifts, Hostess Gifts, Custom Photography, Handmade Items - Ornaments - Decorations - Specialty Foods - Hard-to-Find Items. Something for everyone. Soup and Sandwich luncheon. Call for more information.
The Holiday Bazaar will feature over 20 vendors and artisans selling a variety of items such as homemade crafts, jewelry, pottery, and holiday decorations. One of the highlights of the event is the Soup and Sandwich Luncheon presented by the Grange. Winchester Grange will also present a drawing featuring a Christmas Quilt and other homemade creations from members, as well as the famous Cookie Walk. The Cookie Walk gives shoppers a chance to fill a decorated coffee can full of cookies for a low affordable price of $3.00.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Vendors can share a booth. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
