Description
Steinert PTA will be hosting our Annual Holiday Craft Show for the community.
If you are a crafter, a home-based business, or a Steinert Booster Club with new merchandise to sell - - - now’s the time to make your reservation!  The PTA will provide the publicity and the shoppers.  Each vendor is provided free coffee and a breakfast item.  Additional refreshments will be available for you to purchase.

Your $25 Fee will get you one space OR one table (2.5 by 6 feet) and two chairs.  

* Tables are limited and will be made available on a first come/first serve basis.
Reservations received after Oct 1 will have a limited chance of getting OUR table(s), however, you are welcome to bring your own 2.5 x 6 table.
* Send completed registration form to Suzanne Fornaro at 15 Bear Court, Hamilton, NJ 08620
* You will receive confirmation by mail or email prior to November 5
* PTA reserves the right to monitor all goods sold
* Checks must accompany your registration form & should be made payable to: Steinert PTA
* Table assignments will be provided at check-in. Check-in begins NO EARLIER than 7:30AM
* Students will be available to assist vendors unload their merchandise beginning at 8:00 AM
* Students will be available to assist vendors re-load their merchandise beginning at 3:00 PM

* Craft Show is open for business from 9AM to 3PM. Please do not pack up your table early.


Event/Application Rules & Regulations
DO NOT ARRIVE PRIOR TO 7:30.  Early arrivers must wait until doors are opened.  Early arrivers will NOT be given preferance in locations.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. Additional Lighting Recommended (bring lights and cords). No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.

Retail Items Allowed.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Table cloths required.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
