The Virginia Christmas Market is a grand collection of hundreds of upscale exhibitors from across the nation, featuring fresh new springtime designs and ideas just in time for Chistmas the holidays!
Choose from an unequaled selection of porcelain, wovenwares, flags, miniatures, jewelry, quilts, garden statuary, dolls, reproduction furniture, pottery, carvings, braided rugs, tinware, glassware, musical instruments, signs – and of course, Christmas wreaths, florals – and lots of ornaments and angels.
Also featured are a sprinkling of specialty boutiques and gourmet food shops, as well as daily food preparation shows in The Holiday Cooking Theatre featuring complimentary cookbooks as wells as yummy samples!

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
see application Common Rules Selected: Jury materials, slides or photos, will not be returned to you. Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Send 1 SASE - Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with standard postage. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. Additional Lighting Recommended (bring lights and cords). No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Send 1 SASE - Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with standard postage. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |

Floor length table cloths required. Booth Curtains Required ( Back and Both Sidewalls ). No inventory boxes in view. Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them. Exhibitors must wear name badges. |

Take I-95 South. Take VA-30 E, Exit 98 toward Doswell/West Point. Turn left onto VA-30 E/Kings Dominion Boulevard. Follow approximately 1.8 miles to The Meadow Event Park.

Take I-64 W to 295 N via Exit 200 and follow 295 N to I-95 N via exit 43A. Follow I-95 N to VA-30 E, Exit 98 toward Doswell/West Point. Turn left onto VA-30 E/Kings Dominion Boulevard. Follow approximately 1.8 miles to The Meadow Event Park.

US-64West to to I-95 Exit. Take I-95, Exit 464 toward Richmond/Fayetteville. Merge onto I-95 North via exit 464B toward Richmond. Take VA-30 E, Exit 98 toward Doswell. Merge onto VA-30 E toward West Point/Kings Dominion. Follow approximately 1.6 miles to The Meadow Event Park.
