32nd Annual St Peter PTA Craft Festival. 100 juried crafters. Free admission, Santa, raffle, 50/50. Craft Fair - Crafters Wanted crafters wanted. Fri. 11/5 & Sat. 11/6, 9am-4pm. 100 crafters. November 11, 12 from 9am - 4pm We are committed to creating a Craft Festival that exhibits a diverse group of talented crafters. We greatly appreciate the loyalty of our returning crafters and look forward to creating new relationships with others! |
Advertising Done for This Event
| Some of our advertisements for the festival will be in the Asbury Parl Press Datebook and Coast Star, St. Peter School website, Craig's List, NJ craft fair websites, banner on Arnold Avenue, street signs placed at various locations and posters in windows of businesses throughout the area. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Each crafter will be asked to donate one item of their choice to our raffle table. We greatly appreciate your donations as they help to offset our costs and serve as an advertisement for you as well.

PLEASE READ BOTH THE APPLICATION AND THE COVER LETTER FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION! Common Rules Selected: Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Held Rain or Shine! Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A single-person or more panel jury reviews slides or photos and display. Limited number of Artists per category. |
