Description
| Over 180 crafters will offer a wide range of unique items for sale including floral, jewelry, painting, fabric, wood, holiday, glass items and much more. Live music will be provided as well as fantastic food. The Bake Shoppe will offer delicious home baked items for sale and a raffle featuring great prizes will be offered. The show is sponsored by the Sycamore Band and Orchestra Boosters and all proceeds benefit the instrumental departments in the Sycamore School District. So stop by and start your holiday shopping early while enjoying a great lunch and listening to many talented musicians. The Sycamore Arts and Crafts Show features over 190 crafters offering a wide range of unique items for sale including floral, jewelry, painting, fabric, wood, holiday, glass items and much more. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Vendors can share a booth. City law requires city issued vendor permit. (Permit Phone: 5137748909) Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Held Rain or Shine! Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
