Description
Richlandtown Parks and Recreation presents the Benner Hall Craft Shoppe. This event will be free to the public and will include all handmade items. Food will be served from the kitchen and tricky tray tickets will be available for purchase. All proceeds will benefit the Richlandtown Parks and Recreation Committee and their continued efforts to refurbish Benner Hall and the surrounding grounds.

The quantity of each category of artist is limited.
Space Cost is
$15 + donation towards the tricky tray fundraiser for the Playground Fund.
This includes a 8x8 space. 8’ tables are an additional $5 a piece. Electric is an extra $5 and must be requested. Electric is first come first serve.
Common Rules Selected: Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
All items must be entirely hand-made, no Embellishments only. All items must be entirely hand-made by the artist alone. Limited number of Artists per category. Floor length table cloths required. No inventory boxes in view. Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them. Determined Quality Level: 5
