This is a well known large school. We will be using the gym and front vestibule for the show. The school has alot of outside support as well as from the parents. We are looking for quality crafters with hand made items, photography and art. This event is being held at a great time of year when holiday shopping is in full swing. Off of major highways, Rt. 80, 46, 287 and 20.
This show has 4,500 students, some of which are adults. It is affliated with Farleigh Dickenson University. There are major companies that add support to the school and will be advertising the show in their corporations.
This is a well know college campus like high school that is very well known in the area. There are approximateley 4,500 students. Advertising will be placed in major & local newspapers, show flyers, publicity release, web site, web maiing lists

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Send 1 SASE - Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with standard postage. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Send 1 SASE - Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with standard postage. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
