Fox Valley's favorite gift and craft fair returns to the Pheasant Run Resort, Mega Center, St. Charles, Il, November 26 & 27. The sold-out show of 2010 drew and enthusiastic audience and show management is committed to building on this foundation with a bigger and better event in 2011! Event/Application Rules & Regulations
I have read and agree to the exhibition rules and regulations on the back side of the contract. I agree to occupy the booth for all the hours of the show. I agree that at least 75% of my product for sale MUST BE handcrafted if my booth space lies within the crafter section of the floor plan. I also agree that I absolutely WILL NOT sell counterfeit or “knockoff” products.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Held Rain or Shine! No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
