Description
This long running show draws thousands of customers. Paramus High School is located on a major road & is well known in the
area. The town of Paramus is located in an affluent area of No.Jersey & is surrounded by the towns of Ridgewood, Hohokus &
Glen Rock. We are seeking quality crafters & artists with hand made items that they make. No Buy & Sell merchandise & only
hand made jewelry by the exhibitor is allowed. P.J.’s Promotions is committed to producing a quality show & will be advertising
with flyers, publicity, & ads in local & major news papers. Hope you will join us.
This popular show draws thousands of customers each year. The show is held in affluent Northern Bergen County in a very well known school. We are looking for quality crafters and artists with hand made items only. No buy Sell. This show also sells out in the summer. 4 photos are required. 1 of doing work, 1 of display
Note all jewelry exhibitors must send in a sales receipt of jewelry supplies to make their jewelry.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Send 1 SASE - Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with standard postage. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Send 1 SASE - Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with standard postage. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A single-person or more panel jury reviews slides or photos and display.
All items must be entirely hand-made, no Embellishments only.
All items must be entirely hand-made by the artist alone.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Artist must be present day of show.
Floor length table cloths required.
No inventory boxes in view.
No plain, flat table displays. Tiers, levels, or shelves required on them.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
