Visit historic Burlingame for the 22nd Annual Country Christmas Celebration. Take a tour of the towns most decorated homes. Fun activites for kids and the whole family. Festival of Trees; Stay for the Parade of Lights followed by a community dance! |

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs and extension cords if needed. We only rent out space.
Make sure extension cords are long enough and heavy enough for the job. Free standing tents or canopies may be used.
Payment: Please return your vendor agreement form by November 30, 2011. Submit to the address below.
Refunds: Exhibit/Vendor space reservations and rental fees will not be refunded in whole or part. We ask that
you not re-sell your space and please call if you cannot attend. For special request, please notify by phone (785) 654-3555
Check-in: Check in at the Chamber of Commerce booth by (7:00 AM). All vendors need to be in place no later than 7:45AM.
Insurance: City of Burlingame and Burlingame Chamber of Commerce are NOT responsible for Lessee personal
property or Lessee personal liability.
Common Rules Selected: Held Rain or Shine! Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
