The Rockaway Beach Farmers/Flea Market and Art Fair ever changing and over 25 years old. This year it will include a wide range of vendors to include Miller Street and will include a full farmers Market. A wide array of Flowers vegetables fruits and baked goods will be available. Handmade items are encouraged not required by the vendor. Art or Craft Items vary from tie die to bird houses, exquisitely woven baskets to jewelry, dog beds to hand-tooled leather belts and oh so much more.

IT IS FURTHER UNDERSTOOD that the Rockaway Beach Chamber of Commerce and the property
owner where the festival will be held, have no obligation to institute special measures of safeguarding or
providing security measures for exhibitor property. Each exhibitor will assume risk of loss to his/her own
exhibit by whatever means, including, but not limited to, damages, destruction, theft and mysterious disappearance.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Jury materials, slides or photos, will not be returned to you. Vendors can share a booth. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Held Rain or Shine! No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Additional Lighting Recommended (bring lights and cords). Canopies must be weighted down, no stakes allowed in ground. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
