Description
You are cordially invited to participate in the annual 2013 Fall Craft Show sponsored by St. Damian Parish is to be held on Saturday, October 5, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The fee for an eight (8) foot table or space and two 5chairs is $25.00 - or - two eight (8) foot tables or spaces and two chairs is $40.00.

Each 8 foot table area is approximately 8 x 5. The show will be held in the gym .

Advertising will be handled through outdoor signs, church bulletins, and the Observer & Eccentric Newspapers. There will be small flyers available upon request to advertise at your table during other shows in which you participate. There will be food service available which will allow us to deliver food to your table so you can remain with your wares. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate will be supplied to our crafters at no charge.

We are hoping for another very successful show and hope that you will be able to join us! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the parish center office at weekdays until 4:00 p.m. or Carol Nelius at ( after 5:00 p.m. or weekends or e-mail anytime at

Hours for the Public:
9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Exhibitor Set-up:
The doors will open at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday or 7:00 p.m. 9:00 p.m. on Friday evening for exhibitors only. Please select a set up time on your application. As soon as you have checked in and unloaded, we will ask you to move your vehicles to the back of the lot. You will be provided with an eight (8) foot table and two chairs unless you have noted otherwise. Please bring your own table coverings and extension cords if needed. If you need to set up on Friday evening, please note this on your application.
Check-in:
We will be at the entrance of the school to give you your table assignments. Please do not unload until AFTER you have your assignment. We will have some helpers available to assist you.
Rules:
No Smoking
DO NOT use adhesives, paints, etc. at your table. It is not safe to do so without proper ventilation!
DO NOT close down your table before 3:00 p.m. when the show ends. We advertise until 3:00 p.m. and we will stay open till then.
DO NOT USE TAPE ON THE WALLS!
If you are not able to attend the craft show, please leave a message a message or e-mail to Carol Nelius by Friday, October 4, 2013. In the past, we have had some crafters not show up the day of the event and we did not receive any notification of this. We hope we can avoid this problem with a courtesy phone call.

Common Rules Selected: Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicles can not be brought near stand for un/loading. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
